IN 2017, THE ISA ARE HOSTING Four TOURS WITH Five BOYS TEAMS.

U14 Boys - March 2017

New South Wales Softball Association are hosting a youth boys tournament in Sydney which includes a visiting team from Japan. The ISA New Zealand Academy  were again extended an exclusive invitation to send an ISA New Zealand U14 Boys to participate in the tournament.
 

NSW U14 Invitation International Challenge

Date: Monday 20th March - Monday 27 March

Tournament: Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th March

Location: Blacktown International Sports Park Park (Sydney, Australia)

Head Coach: Haydn Smith, former Softball NZ Chief Executive and former Black Sox Player Brian Mountford

Cost: $2,875pp

Various entertainment will be offered. Outlined itinerary is subject to change based on the softball program and timings. In the past, we have included visits to markets; downtown Sydney; Sydney Opera House; League Ganes; Sydney Harbour Bridge and tunnel; Outlet shops; Blacktown shopping complex; specialised softball shops; Wildlife Park; Darling Harbour; IMAX; Wiet & Wold, and the Star Restaurant (formely Planet Hollywood). Entry costs are covered.

Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the costs - this excludes meals on the flights and lunch/dinner on the last day. Although we will have plenty of food at the accommodation and players are welcome to make there own meals for the last day. IT HAS NOT HAPPENDED YET.

ISA Development Boys - June/July 2017

Three countries, 25 days, different coaches in two counties. ISA New Zealand are stretching the boundaries with this Tour.  Games Saskatoon, Deslsie, Earl Grey, Fleming, Prince Albert, Brisbane, Logan City and more to be finalised. The tour includes Hollywood Boulevard walk, a baseball game, downtown LA, Disneyland and or Universal Studio, Movieworld in Gold Coast and more.

Saskatoon Tournament

Saskatoon Softball Association, Saskatchewan Canada are hosting us for 4 days with Exhibition Games in Deslie, Saskatoon (home of the last men's worlds series), and Prince Albert (Home of the 2018 Junior World Series) and games in Earl Grey

Fleming Jet Tournament Shoot out, we will play two exhibition games Friday Night and a Tournament in Fleming Tournament on Saturday and Sunday.  We are looking to also travel to possibly travel to Manitoba. The head coach for this leg is renowned, Alberta and Canadian coach Dale Wagner, last year’s assistant coach is now Head Coach for the USA/Canada leg

Softball Australia

The International Friendship Series will be held at Redlands Ballpark in Brisbane. Former Black Sox Utility and the Black Sox coaching staff Technical Advisor, along with his assistant, former Black Sox Player, Poneke Kilbirnie Coach, and Softball Australia Under 19 World Series Team Head Coach will assist Clayton in Brisbane.

New South Wales Softball Association are hosting their NSW Blues Annual BOYS JUNIOR SOFTBALL Tournament at Softball Headquarters, at the Blacktown International Sportspark, Eastern Road, Rooty Hill, Western Syndey. The Tournament is being played Wednesday 4th , and  Thursday 6thOctober. We will play in the U17 Boys Grade. Departing New Zealand Thursday 28th September and return Friday 6th October

Europe – Softball is an emerging sport in parts of Europe. The facilities are incredible and European country competition has more Men’s countries competing than the ISC worlds Series. We land in Denmark, Coppenhagan for warm up games and travel to Czech Republic Prague after 4 days.

Date: Monday 15th May - Wednesday 31st May  – 17 days

Tournament: 

Joudrs International Cup Boys Tournament in Prague. The club is providing us with their club room/gym facility for accommodation while in Prague.
